In MIA your satisfaction is our main Goal.

No matter what is the reason, you can always ask for an exchange or a return.

Go through with the exchange or return of a product by contacting our Costumer Support Service and following the steps that we detail in this document.

General Terms

  • For products sold during holiday season, from 15th of November to the 24th of December, exchanges and returns are exceptionally possible until the 15th of January. For products sold in any other period, the maximum dead-line for exchanges and returns is 15 days after receiving the order.
  • The products should be in the original conditions (the watches should have the glass protection plastic on). All products will be subject to a quality control before exchange or refund.
  • Final Products like: gift boxes, gift cards, jewellery care products and charity jewellery products, cannot be returned or exchanged, and shall not be subject to refund.
  • Discounts can only be used once. Discounts will not be applied for a second time in case of exchange.
  • MIA stores do not accept exchanges and/or returns of items bought online.

Exchanges

  • Please fill out the form on the Return Guide that we sent together with your order and follow the next steps:
  1. Send an email to our Customer Support Service (info@europe.miajwl.com) with the following information:
    1. Order number;
    2. If your asking for a Return or an Exchange and reason;
    3. Picture of the defect, in case that’s the reason;
    4. Pick up address, sender name and 2 options for date/hour of pick up.
  2. Our Customer Support Service will approve, or not, the process and, when the feedback is positive, will send the return label to be printed.
  3. Place the products in the envelope where you received them (or similar) and attach the return label on the outside;
  4. Wait for the logistics supplier to pick up during the hour and date you requested.
  • MIA will cover the costs of shipping the products back to our premises for any exchange.
  • All exchanges will be done through a promotional code (with the value paid by the client in the moment of the original buy) so that the client can choose a new product on our website.
  • You will be able to use the promotional code to create a new order on our website, without a limit date to do it.
  • MIA Stores do not accept promotional codes.

Returns

  • Please fill out the form on the Return Guide that we sent together with your order and follow the next steps:
  1. Send an email to our Customer Support Service (info@europe.miajwl.com) with the following information:
  • Order number;
  • If your asking for a Return or an Exchange and reason;
  • Picture of the defect, in case that’s the reason;
  • Pick up address, sender name and 2 options for date/hour of pick up.
  • Our Customer Support Service will approve, or not, the process and, when the feedback is positive, will send the return label to be printed.
  • Place the products in the envelope where you received them (or similar) and attach the return label on the outside;
  • Wait for the logistics supplier to pick up during the hour and date you requested.
  • All products purchased have to be returned so that we can refund the entire invoiced value. If you return all goods except the offered one, the value of that product will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • MIA will cover the costs of shipping the products back to our premises for any exchange.
  • The shipping cost paid by the client is non refundable.
  • A return administrative fee of 5€ will be deducted from the total refund value.
  • We will refund the total value of the order if, by any reason, it is delivered to the client with damages, it has any production defect or if the content of the order is not what you requested online.

Exchanges will be processed and refunds will be credited within a maximum dead/line of 72 hours after the goods are received in our premises. MIA reserves the right of refusal of a return or exchange if none of the conditions above are met.
