1.1 The “seller” MIA (through its exclusive licensee for online sales in the entire European Territory, Expegy Consultoria, Lda or EXP- NIPC 514327502)
has products for sale on their website, being the “e-commerce” services available for the end consumer and wholesale.
1.2 MIA (EXP) reserves the right to not process orders that doesn’t fill the requirements of the General Sales Terms & Conditions of the “seller” MIA (EXP).
1.3 These general sales terms & conditions regulate exclusively the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders made through between the consumers of the online store of MIA ( and the seller.
1.4 The “Consumer” should provide to the “Seller” an email address, or the data related to other way of contact, that are correct and complete, and accepts that the “Seller” can contact using this data, in case it’s necessary.
  1. How to place an order
    2.1 To order at the user needs to have an email account and his / her browser needs to be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to allow the user to enjoy all the features of the Mia online store.
Placing an order at is easy:
  1. Find the products you want to purchase;
  2. Add the selected products to the Shopping Cart;
  3. Finish the purchase;
  4. Select the payment option;
  5. Review your order;
  6. Make the payment and confirm the order;
  7. You will receive an order confirmation by email;

Your order is confirmed when you select the “Complete order" button at the end of the purchase process.

When Mia receives your order, a message with your order number and all the details of the order will appear on the screen. The purchase agreement is finalized at that time.

An order confirmation is sent to your email. We suggest you print or download this copy for future reference.

We reserve the right not to accept your order, or cancel it even after automatic confirmation of the order.

By sending the order form you are accepting the general conditions of purchase, as well as other conditions existing in, through links, including the conditions and general terms of use.

The seller may not process orders that do not present sufficient guarantees of being paid; when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the ordered products are no longer available. In such cases, we will inform you by email that the selling contract was not completed and that the seller did not proceed with the sale, specifying the reasons for doing so.

If the products presented in the online store ( are no longer available at the time of your last access or when the seller receives the order, the seller must inform about their unavailability within 30 days after receipt the request.

If an order has been placed and payment done for products that are no longer available, the seller will refund the money paid for the unavailable items.

2.2 Right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase

Mia reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted by us), (among others) in the following situations, free of liability for any damages or costs:

* Product is no longer available / in stock (payments will be returned);

* Billing information is not correct or verifiable;

* The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order that is susceptible to fraud;

* The transfer for payment of the order was not received by us within 5 days after the acceptance of your order;

* If we think you are under 16;

* Can not be delivered to the address provided.

2.3 Data Verification

After receiving the order we can perform some verifications, before we prepare it.

These verifications may include verification of address, credibility, and fraud verification. Regarding fraud verification we perform partially automated checks on all orders to filter out unusual, suspicious or identified transactions that are susceptible to fraud. Suspected fraud will be investigated and, if necessary, legally actioned upon. By confirming your request, it means that you agree to these conditions.

3.1 Payment Methods

You can find the methods of payment available at the end of our website. We do not accept any payment methods other than those mentioned. Please do not attempt to pay by any means other than specified. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise.

3.2 Payment Processing

If you pay by Credit Card we will deduct the amount due from your account as soon as you confirm payment. In the case of payment by Credit Card, all details (like card number or expiration date) will be sent by the encrypted protocol to the company providing the remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to the transmitted information. This information will not be used by MIA (EXP) except to perform the necessary procedures for the purchase or refund, in case of return, in accordance with the exercise of the right of return or for reporting fraud to the police. The purchase price of the products and the transportation costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to the current account when the products purchased are actually shipped.

Mia shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, recurrent damages to failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interceptions or manipulations of electronic communications by third parties or through computer programs used for communication or transmission of viruses.

  1. Prices

6.1 The prices of the products displayed on the site contain / include the Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied by order. The exact price of the shipping charge will depend on the country where your order will be delivered and the transit time chosen by you. For additional information on shipping rates per country please see our Shipping section.

6.2 Prices are all quoted in euros. Please note that the change of country of delivery may have influence on prices due to transportation costs.

6.3 Your total price

The total price specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation, which you can print or download for future uses. Please only pay the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual payments by order.

6.4 Price changes

The prices of the products presented on the website are subject to change. Mia reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

6.5 Price Errors

Please note that even though the website is updated with extreme care, it is possible that the price information on the site contains errors. Mia does not commit to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order in the event of such an error occurring.


  1. Quality and Warranty

Mia does not sell second-hand, defective or substandard products. The main features of each product shown at are found on each product page.

Products offered for sale at may not exactly match the actual accessory in terms of image and colour due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

All products have an identification tag. Do not remove the purchased product label if you want to return the purchased product.

If you decide to exercise the right to return the products purchased, Mia (EXP) has the right not to accept the return of products that are returned without the label or that have been altered in relation to their original condition or damaged.


  1. Shipping & Delivery

8.1 Delivery: where and when

We deliver the products from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. We do not ship on certain holidays. We can only guarantee the delivery of an order if the delivery address is a house or office located in one of the countries listed in the list of countries available in the Shipping section.

To receive the order is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. This service may not include option of scheduling or marking, so delivery of the order can be made without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee this term in the periods of promotions, balances, Christmas and stock breach.

A delivery is considered to be done or a product is considered to be delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed upon address.

MIA (EXP) cannot be held responsible for defects in delivery resulting from the wrong address being filled when the order is placed by the customer.

8.2 Delivery Time

If you confirm your order on a business day until 1pm and proceed to pay by Credit Card or via Paypal, your order will be shipped the next business day (weekends and holidays are not considered to be business days).

The Seller will not be liable for any breach, or delay in performance, of any obligation due to an event of force majeure, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event - which includes any event, act or omission beyond Seller's reasonable control).

We will attempt to deliver on time, to the extent that it is commercially reasonable. Normally we always do this way, however, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

8.3 Partial Deliveries

Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split the delivery of the order, for example (but not limited to) only if part of the order is delayed or not available. In case we proceed to the division of the order, the customer will be notified by email of our intention to do so. For this purpose, will be used the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

8.4 Inspection upon delivery

At the time of delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the customer should not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. Mia will refund the amounts paid for the order and transportation as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.

Any claim of non-receipt of the order must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the order. At the end of this period, Mia cannot be held responsible for the loss of the same.


  1. Shipping Fees

9.1 The shipping rates are applied per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery and the transit time chosen by you. For more details about the shipping price per country, please see our Shipping section.

9.2 Free Shipping

If the customer places an order whose value exceeds the minimum order value defined for their country or campaign, the shipment will be made free of charge.


  1. Returns & Cancellations

10.1 Cancellation of the order before shipment

The customer can cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been sent. If the customer places an order and wants to cancel it, he/she should contact our Customer Service and request the cancellation of his/her order. Only after this procedure it’s possible for our Customer Service Department to request from our warehouse the cancellation of the order and inform the Customer of the possibility or impossibility of cancellation. If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer. If the cancellation request is not possible the products will be sent to the customer who, if he/she maintains his/her intention to cancel the order and should refuse to receive them. The products will be returned and, upon receipt, the chargeback will be processed. Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled before sending, because the customization process is already in progress, since it starts immediately after receipt of the order. However, the customer can make the return according to the conditions and return rules mentioned below.

10.2 Return of defective products

The customer has the right to return the products delivered if they are found to have defects or other nonconformities regarding the products ordered. The return can be made within 15 days after the receipt of the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your claim is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded. 10.3 Return of products by withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them within 15 calendar days of receipt, provided that:

  • The products have not been used (the customer has the right to try on the jewels to test the size and shape, but cannot use them);
  • The product retains its original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened containers will not be considered damaged);
  • The product is complete (ex: both items in a pair have to be returned);

You cannot return:

  • Products that have been tampered with.

10.4 Return of offers

It is currently not possible for a person who has received a product as an offer from another person to return it. In this case, in order to make the return, you must contact the person who bought it, in the sense that it is returned, and the same should proceed according to the Return Conditions.

10.5 Product exchange or sizes

To exchange one article for another or to change sizes, please follow the steps in Exchange & return section.

10.6 Information about the return

If your return is justified by the existence of a defect or non-conformity with the products ordered, Mia will bear the costs of shipping and return. If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Mia will not reimburse the shipping costs. This is because when you make a return you will be using our transport provider. Since the costs incurred by Mia to make the return are equal to the shipping costs, Mia will not reimburse the expenses related to the charges initially borne by the customer to the respective order.

Refunds will be made based on the form of payment.

The customer will receive the refund after the product (s) have been returned and processed.

12.1 When used according to established rules, a promotion code entitles the user to a promotion / discount for the purchase of a specific product or a set of products, during the period indicated / associated with the promotional code / promotional campaign

12.2 Promotional codes may only be used for online purchases made on the site. The sale, exchange or donation of a promotional code is not allowed. The customer carrying the promotional code cannot upload or make available a promotional code on any website or other public form of offering, donation, sale or exchange. 12.3 The promotion code is connected with the Mia brand (EXP). You may not use the promotional code in connection with another brand, company or name. You may not use the promotional code in an illegal, abusive or disrespectful manner, or in any other way that could harm Mia's (EXP) reputation.

12.4 Use of the promotional code is subject to one use per product and per order only. Promo codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers.

12.5 Promotional codes are not exchangeable for cash.

12.6 Mia (EXP) has no obligation to reissue or refund promotional codes. However, if Mia (EXP) decides to reissue or refund a promotional code, you need to have access to the initial promotional code. To do this, you need to keep a copy of your promotional code, otherwise it cannot be reprinted or replaced in case of loss.

12.7 In cases where Mia (EXP) reissues / reimburses the promotional code, the discount of this value can only be applied to a purchase equal to or greater than the purchase in which the discount / promo code was issued.

12.8 Without prejudice to any other rights, Mia (EXP) may / has the right to immediately invalidate the promotional code if Mia (EXP) has reason to suspect that a promotional code is being used: in violation of the above assumptions mentioned, by usurpation or in other cases where Mia (EXP) has reason to do so.


  1. Availability

Satisfaction of all orders placed on the website is subject to availability. Mia (EXP) tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the site are in stock. However, Mia (EXP) reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that no longer have stock. In these cases, Mia (EXP) will inform the customer of this fact and will reimburse the amount paid.

15.4 Mia (EXP) shall not be liable for damages resulting from incorrect information on the site.

15.5 In the event of customer suffering damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct by MIA (EXP), none of the limitations set forth in this article apply.

After purchasing or issuing an e-gift, it is not convertible into cash and cannot be refunded for any other type of payment (bank transfer, VISA / MASTERCARD or Paypal).

Refunds of orders paid with e-gift will always be returned by the same method, that is, e-gift.

An e-gift can be used for purchases worth more or less than your balance. If the value of your purchase is higher, you will be asked to pay the remaining amount. If the value of your purchase is lower, the code of your e-gift keeps in balance the surplus value. Your e-gift can be used as long as you have a balance.
